Its two terraces allow you to walk-around constantly in the sun. Being situated in an impasse, it is very calm (no traffic noise) and with an open outlook. Surroundings are very green and canary. Moreover it is located close to the sea (20 min), Mountains (10min from the Peak Saint Loup) and of Montpelier (15 min of the city center).
The decoration (both anterior and exterior) is a mix of Mediterranean and ethnic style. The main pieces (drawing room and family (parental) lounge) are quite wide The modern kitchen is located on the terrace. Ideal for 8 persons (or 10 persons if the family includes of very young children).
This year the swimming-pool area has been renewed and the lounge has been considerably improved (6 seated sofa, renovated entertainment corner etc.)
Locality : The house is situated at the edge of a brook (often dry in the summer), we can thus reach directly by the pine forest situated few meters aside by following the brook side lane.
Activities : Golf in “Saint Gely du Fesc” (9-18 holes), Tennis (6 Hard-courts, presence Clay-courts in Montferrier (at 5 minutes walk), Mountain Biking everywhere (several tracks in pine forests and in the park of Saint Sauveur), Horse-riding (Club of the UCPA), Nautical activities (Sailing in the Grande Motte) and especially numerous ballads. Thanks to establishment of A-75 motorway, You are at one hour distance from Causses, Larzac and Cevennes !
Tourism : Camargue (horse-riding), numerous ramble tracks (Park of Cevennes), many tourist villages (St Guilhem the Desert, The Matelles etc.).
